For purchases made in a US store, please contact the store directly. Each store may have a different exchange policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your online purchase, return it to us for a prompt exchange less shipping charges.

Please note that all return items must be returned in their original packaging or equivalent within 30 days of the purchase date and have the original packing slip.

Follow these 3 steps to prepare your exchange:

1. Fill out a Return Form.
Enter your information into the PDF Return Form and print it out also include it in your package.

2. Pack.

  • Please use the original packaging.
  • Include all products, and pack and tape your package securely.
  • Any product damaged or lost in shipping is the responsibility of the sender.

3. Ship. For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post. (We cannot accept C.O.D.)

Once the product being returned is received, an exchange for a product(s) of equal value will be shipped to you within 10 business days. Shipping and handling charges will occur on exchanges.
